Catalla(Alpha) Terms of Use

Introduction

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, interfaces, data displays, comments, notifications, reward programs, and related services made available through Catalla(Alpha).

By accessing or using Catalla(Alpha), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not access or use the service.

Scope of Service

Catalla(Alpha) provides software interfaces that let users connect self-custodied wallets, view markets, place or cancel orders, monitor positions, redeem settled positions, receive notifications, and publish limited profile or comment content.

• The service is non-custodial. You control your wallet, private keys, seed phrases, passwords, and signatures.
• Catalla(Alpha) does not take custody of digital assets, does not act as your broker, agent, or fiduciary, and does not guarantee execution, liquidity, uptime, or profitability.
• Market data, rankings, comments, and other content are provided for general information only and are not financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.

Market Mechanics and Settlement

You are responsible for reviewing each market description, price display, fees, minimum size, settlement notes, and any other market-specific rules shown in the interface before you trade.

• Markets on the platform may end through random termination during trading.
• If a trade triggers termination, the last executed trade price becomes the settlement price for that market.
• Redemption, settlement records, creator rewards, terminator rewards, and related calculations follow the applicable protocol logic, interface rules, and system or on-chain records for that market.
• You should not assume that any market uses a winner-takes-all $1 payout model unless that payout method is expressly stated for the relevant market.

Eligibility, Compliance, and Restricted Use

You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, have authority to enter into these Terms, and may lawfully use the service.

• You will not use the service if doing so would violate applicable sanctions, anti-money laundering rules, export controls, gambling restrictions, securities rules, or other applicable law.
• You will not access or use trading or settlement features from a jurisdiction where such use is prohibited.
• You will not use VPNs, proxies, or similar tools to evade location-based or compliance controls.

Risks and Disclaimers

• Blockchain networks, smart contracts, order books, wallets, and supporting services may fail, lag, be attacked, or produce unexpected results.
• Transactions may be irreversible, and network fees or other transaction costs may be non-refundable.
• Pricing, comments, rankings, notifications, or other displayed data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate.
• Public blockchain activity can be visible to third parties and may be permanent.
• You may lose some or all of the assets you use in connection with the service.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. CATALLA(ALPHA) disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and security.

User Responsibilities and Prohibited Conduct

You agree to use the service lawfully, honestly, and in a way that does not harm the platform, other users, or third parties.

• Do not provide false information, impersonate another person, or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Do not engage in abusive or manipulative conduct, including spoofing, wash trading, layering, self-dealing, or other deceptive activity.
• Do not interfere with the service, introduce malware, scrape data without permission, or attempt unauthorized access.
• Do not misuse comments, profile features, or other user content, and do not infringe the rights of others.

Changes, Suspension, and Termination

We may update these Terms or modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, including placing features into close-only, redemption-only, or maintenance mode.

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, applicable law, or platform policies.

Limitation of Liability and Contact

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CATALLA(ALPHA) and its service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or opportunities arising from or related to the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the aggregate liability of CATALLA(ALPHA) for claims relating to the service will not exceed USD $100.
